St Andrew's Methodist Church is a medium sized church, founded in 1901, serving the communities of Tonge Moor and Hall I'th' Wood.

We collect data, at present, only through the use of contact forms with a view to collecting only the data we will use.

The only personal data we collect on our Contact Us form is as follows:

* Name

* Phone number

* Email Address

We do not need any other identifiable or personal data to assist you with your query.

The data we collect on our website through the use of contact forms is used so that we can respond to your specific queries.

Those who handle your data only keep your details for as long as the query is open, and once the matter is dealt with any personal identifiable data is deleted.

NO FEE USUALLY REQUIRED

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

TIME LIMIT TO RESPOND

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
